The Oracle Application Manager is the main interface between the business functions and application development team and is responsible for any enterprise solutions from concept through to delivery and support.

The Oracle Application Manager will create and deliver an enterprise solution capable of meeting the business requirements in a cost effective, robust, and scalable way.

The role will report to the Director, Solutions. Day to day working with be aligned closely with the Programme roadmap, and will work closely with the Programme Management office and chosen systems integrator.

Key Deliverables

Design, develop, implement and support solution to meet the requirements of the business

Be an IT business partner for the Business function and drive continuous improvements across the systems landscape

Seek, introduce and support leading practice IT Finance processes

Support the retirement of legacy project accounting finance systems

Create and maintain systems documentation and standards

Gather and document business requirements

Configure application modules

Create functional specification documents with business

Assist developers with technical specification documents

Develop acceptance test scenarios and participate in testing activities

Responsible for driving adherence to project milestones, including implementing appropriate corrective actions when progress deviates from plan

Report and highlight workstream risks and issues to the project management team

Key Programme Challenges :

Qualifications

We are hiring multiple roles under the below mentioned specification.

Requirements

Must have at least 12 + years’ experience, with atleast 7 years enterprise level experience, within a professional services / consulting organization, as a Solution Architect and / or Business Systems Consultant, delivering complex Global ERP or Subscription platform implementations

Strong consulting experience plus ability influence key stakeholders in Business and IT

Strong ability to deliver quality solutions in partnership with System integrators

Strong experience with solution blueprinting, endorsing industry best practice

Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead business discussions with customers and architect the value of our solution and the best practices to implement it.

Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation.

Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports.

Experience with gap analysis and blueprint development.

Experience with system design using configuration and / or customization, integration, testing and support.

Role 1 - Oracle Application Manager - Source to Pay

Demonstrable experience of implementing and delivering large scale Oracle Purchasing , iprocurement, AP solutions in an international business environment

Strong implementation experience of Oracle iprocurement, Purchasing, Account Payables, iSupplier, Supplier lifecycle management Oracle Release 12 modules

Solid understanding of all aspects of source to pay processes including Supplier onboarding, sourcing, requisition management, approvals, accrual accounting, invoice matching, period close and reporting.

Prior experience of working on Coupa SaaS solution for requisition to pay.

Strong experience and understanding of purchasing and AP data integration including OBIEE and third party systems.

Role 2 Oracle Application Manager Record to Report

Strong hands-on’ experience in Oracle Projects and Oracle Financials

Strong hands-on’ experience in Accounting, Cash management, Fixed Assets, Capital project tracking, General Ledger, Receivables and Payables

Strong hands-on’ experience in Pl / SQL Data base queries and project accounting data structures

Track record in implementing, maintaining, and improving Oracle PA and Finance Solutions for multi-national organizations

Strong experience and understanding of Finance data integration including OBIEE and third party systems.

Role 3 - Oracle Application Manager - Supplychain

Strong hands-on’ experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle ASCP

Strong hands-on’ experience in Order to cash, Supplychain, Inventory and Direct procurement process and system design

Strong hands-on’ experience in Pl / SQL Data base queries and project accounting data structures

Track record in implementing, maintaining and improving Oracle Supplychain Solution for multi-national organizations including partnering with 3PL

Strong experience and understanding of Supplychain data integration including OBIEE and third party systems.

Role 4 - Oracle Application Manager - Subscription (Billing)

Having a strong subscription solution experience in Zuora Billing and System admin is mandatory

Having a strong Billing, Commerce and Telecom domain experience is preferred

Strong experience in measuring all the subscription metrics, process and configuration as available in Subscription platforms like Zuora

Experience in integrating and working with ERP systems like Oracle EBS

Track record in implementing, maintaining, and improving platforms in Billing, Commerce and Telecom Domain

Strong 'hands-on' experience integrating to ecommerce, payment gateways , Data analytics platforms and tax systems (vertex)

Role 5 - Oracle Application Manager - Subscription (Revenue)

Having a strong subscription solution experience in Zuora Revenue and System admin is mandatory

Having a strong Billing, Commerce and Telecom domain experience is preferred

Strong experience in measuring all the subscription metrics, process and configuration as available in Subscription platforms like Zuora

Experience in integrating and working with ERP systems like Oracle EBS

Strong Financial and accounting background that can be demonstrated in prior projects

Strong Order to Revenue experience, including Revenue recognition, Waterfall reporting, etc

Strong 'hands-on' experience integrating to ERP and Finance systems
