2. JOB PURPOSE To handle all HR an admin activities at site level. All statutory requirements must fulfil as per Client standards, factories act and customer requirement.

3. DIMENSIONS EHS Respect all safety rules as per CLIENT standards and work should be as per Procedures. Must obey the customer and Client safety rules and policies Ensure Participation in all the company safety event.

Shouldnt allow anyone to work unsafe manner Ensure to know the all aspects and impacts of your workplace prior to each task and to protect environment as per company standard.

Ensure to execute all best practices at work by provide training. Adequate training for EHS and Job specific training to the direct workers.

Financial Optimize the site SG&A cost Over time must avoid by ensure punctuality / discipline from the agency work force Contractor invoice inspection and process for payment.

Wastage identification and must try to eliminate on cost cut activity. Non-Financial Must be follow the customer and Client safety cardinal rules and policies Participation in all the EHS activities All statutory document and policies must be in line as per Client, Factory act, Contract labour Act& Customer procedure.

Must ensure for all required amenities for workers and staff. Agency work force presence must be 100 PERCENT as required for the site activities.

Feedback from workers and has to be plan for any corrective action at necessary areas. 4. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Site based Training Initiatives / Administration Site specific Statutory Compliance HR Metrics / Reporting (Absenteeism / Overtime / Attrition etc.

Site specific HR Portion of Integrated Management System (incl. Record Management)Management of Gratuity Trust (to be put in place) External Relations Industrial Relations Site specific Facilities Management (Office Infrastructure) Management of Employee Transport / Travel Management of approved Admin Budgets and controls thereof Drive the recruitment process for respective Business unit with focus on lead times.

Collaborate with the Country HR-Head to facilitate change management initiatives. Ensuring the record keeping activities & generating various MIS & KPI reports Drive the employee engagement, communication, reward and recognition program at the site level.

Handling compensation & benefits negotiations and administration. Continually assess effectiveness of Training Programs and produce reports on key data and staff performance
