Roles and Responsibilities : -
Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports of performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
Have experience of Inbound and Outbound call center.
Has proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
Able to achieve deadlines and sales target.
Oversee day-to-day operation
To handle the first level escalation.
To Mentor new agents to help them achieve targets and come up the learning curve
To provide Floor Support for New Agents in the Process
Desired Candidate Profile : -
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Ability to think independently and make decisions
Capable of working under pressure
Should be a good Team player.
Eager to learn new things and implement innovative ideas
Persistent and Problem solving abilities
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
Excellent communication and Convincing skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Must be a Graduate from a recognized university
