Roles and Responsibilities : -

  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports of performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
  • Have experience of Inbound and Outbound call center.
  • Has proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
  • Able to achieve deadlines and sales target.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • To handle the first level escalation.
  • To Mentor new agents to help them achieve targets and come up the learning curve
  • To provide Floor Support for New Agents in the Process
  • Desired Candidate Profile : -

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to think independently and make decisions
  • Capable of working under pressure
  • Should be a good Team player.
  • Eager to learn new things and implement innovative ideas
  • Persistent and Problem solving abilities
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and Convincing skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Must be a Graduate from a recognized university
