Your day-to-day responsibilities include :
Direct and manage Project, Change Request development from beginning to end
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
Should be able to draw, review and track multiple software project plans
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis and track the progress of the project
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Develop and deliver progress reports & various productivity parameters
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and
accountability for their assigned work.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Holds regular status review meetings with the project team.
Inspires co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence
Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner
Mitigates team conflict and communication problems
Manage requirement management for one of the specialized domain

Knowledge and Experience in Software development methodologies
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
Should have experience of managing bigger size projects
Skills we’d like :
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Strong written and oral English communication skills. Should be prompt in sending communications to stake holders
Should able to conduct research into project-related issues and products
Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
Should be capable of managing multiple teams, projects, Change requests , parallel executions
Experience in Financial or Banking domain is essential
