Responsible for defining, sustaining and continuously improving the KAMapproach, monitor its implementation for Corporate & standalone hospitals
Responsible for ownership on data framework / strategy ensuring sales andcommercial effectiveness
Plan and organize product promotion campaigns, arrange scientific presentationto pre-selected key institutions and carry on other relevant CMEs.
Overall responsible for achieving sales targets across the product portfolio atsegment A / B / C direct responsibility of sales from segment A hospitals
Ensure the call plan execution, high level of consultative selling and customerservice by the hospital executives
Lead a group of 2-3 senior analysts / project managers
Ownership of hospital segmentation
Responsible for defining & implementing the governance and approving KAM related trainings and followingup on the implementation across organizations
At least 10-12 years strong account management / sales experiencein B2B, pharma
Established connectsacross the major stakeholders in healthcare / hospital business
Strong businessdevelopment and strategic mindset
