The KRA's would include :

  • Develop and build requisite supply network to facilitate healthcare operations
  • Maintain a high standard of consumer experience
  • Manage and maintain existing partner relationships through engagement activities
  • Maximize and optimize on average ticket size by category across partners
  • Manage escalations and resolve existing issues
  • Role and Responsibilities include :

  • An aggressive mindset to hunt and onboard new accounts
  • Communication and presentation skills to pitch the value proposition depending on the category of accounts
  • Prospecting skills to identify the need and customize the sales pitch accordingly
  • Negotiation skills to close at a higher take rate and extract higher billing value
