Engineering Degree level or higher.
Skills and Experience
6 8 Years of Experience in SAP ABAP and CRM Technical development
Good experience with SAP CRM Sales and Service Processes and One order framework
5+ years of ABAP WRICEF experience across multiple SAP components including very good working knowledge of WEB UI and OOPS ABAP
Experience in standard Web UI Components enhancement and have experience of Application Enhancement Tool (AET)
Expertise in CRM Web UI BOL Programming, View Configurations and Run-time Repository changes
Knowledge in the following areas : One Order Framework, Org Model, Categorization Schema, Partner determination procedure, Action profile, Date profile, Status Profile, Navigation bar profile, Business role
CRM ACE (Good to have)
ERMS (Good to have)
Reports, BAPIs, BSP and Work Flow
Good working experience on Web services and O-Data services
SAP CRM Middleware : Mapping and filtering techniques,
Extensive experience in analysing runtime errors and debugging ABAP programs
Key Attributes :
Good communication and logic reasoning skills to function as an individual developer
Should be highly self-motivated to identify and plan and execute both process
Should have SAP implementation experience with an onshore / offshore model

In this role, you will have an opportunity to
Participate as a key member of an implementation / Support team to provide the technical deliverables for multiple SAP transformation and enhancement projects
Leverage your ABAP skills to develop innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis of technical requirements.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle to handle development touch points, transports etc.
Convert requirements to technical specifications and system design
Carry out self-code reviews and peer code reviews
Provide implementation and technical support for 3rd Party applications which are an extension of the SAP applications landscape
Troubleshoot / resolve problems reported by Business.
Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes.
