Musthave Skills Associate Engagement Talent Management Policies Procedures Performance Attrition Management Reward and Recognition Preferred Skills Human Resource Management Job Description Supports the Implementation and design of various human resources plans programs and procedures Ensures the delivery of consistent HR services to managers and associates Supports the administration of compensation analysis advice and changes promotions market adjustments Advises employees on company policies and regulations Advises managers and associates on disciplinary and performance improvement processes Acts as a facilitator and advisor of the performance management process Provides support by developing talent management and development initiatives and processes Provides support on organizational climate improvement plans Statistical Analysis of HR and identifies trends and actions to ensure competitively Manages the engagement and talent management activities Other HR related tasks as required Interfaces with Executive level staff to ensure the delivery of HR KPI s HRBP Projects enhancing associate engagement like wellness diversity inclusion reward and recognition amongst many others 57 years of experience in Human Resources with similar responsibilities Good education background 1st class throughout Management degree in Human Resources Management Psychology or a related area Ability to multitask Proactive strong communication skills proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel and Power Point Ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to collaborate effectively with management and associates
