Min 8+ years experience as business analyst / functional consultant
Experienced in any of the Banking / Insurance domain
Experience as a product owner / scrum master is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills
Experienced in interacting with clients
Gather requirements and ensure its timely delivery to clients
Experienced in agile. Carry out all sprint ceremonies from daily stand up meeting to sprint review
Able to manage a team of developers and quality assurance engineers
Basic relational database knowledge is a must, should be able to perform CRUD operations
Experience in Sybase / SAP ASA is an added advantage
