As a QA manager, the role is to lead set of engineers who can understand and automate customer use cases, As a lead, the responsibilities include and are not limited to :
1.Work with the management to understand the use cases for the product(s).
2.Translate the use cases correctly to the engineers of the team.
3.Ensure the usecases are automated by the correct and efficient automation tool(s).
4.The added automation is executed at suitable frequency every day as needed.
5.Reports are generated and sent to management as needed.
6.Stand up for quality of the product and ensure not to release the product unless the quality standards are met.
A QA lead is also expected to have the people management skills to be able to understand and listen to team members needs and requirements and translate them correctly as needed to management or otherwise.

1.Strong analytics skills.
2.Capability to understand a product E2E.
3.Quick and fast learner.
4.Adaptable to adapt to new product requirements.
5.Knowledge of one programming language : Java / C# / Shell Scripting
