Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in HR administration.
Preferably work in a manufacturing environment before.
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time
Posses strong interpersonal communications and English language skills.
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Good Negotiation Skills
Discreet in handling confidential information
Hands-on knowledge in PeopleSoft (v8.8 and above) will be advantage
Competent in the interpretation of the Employment Act
