Responsible for Lateral recruitment
Designing fulfilment strategy to meet the business targets.
Responsible for end to end recruitment (Sourcing from multiple channels, HR Discussions, Fitments and approvals, joining formalities etc).
Managing the Stakeholders.
Interaction with Practice Heads, gather requirements and plan for delivery.
Business engagement and responsible for new joiner experience
Manage & Build a task force team which can meet the urgent requirements.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company s reputation as best place to work
