This position is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all HR and Administrative support services.
Support in sourcing of talents from various sources to fulfill the gap by conducting recruitment and selection process as per business needs.
Ensuring comfortable joining process for the new joiners.
To maintain employment cycle like Joining formalities, to maintain personal files, conformation probation of employees, Exit formalities of left employees.
Introduction of Skip level meeting with all the group of employees.
Coordinator of Code of Ethics training and compliance and 100% completion before time.
