People / Resource Management : (If given team responsibilities)
Build, Manage, Coach, Develop and Engage a team of high performing individuals. Unleash peoples capabilities as part of development of individuals and teams
Process Management :
Identify opportunities in standardization and optimization of processes, drive and support automation initiatives
Establish robust control and governance on the process
Drive Productivity and achieve cost efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives
Create and Sustain a Process Management culture in line with global standards
Work with different stakeholders to continuously improve process controls and efficiency of delivery of services
