Role Summary

As a Project Manager you will responsible for developing and managing technology projects and their cost, time and scope.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage project plan, communication plan, and setting milestone.

Define project schedules, monitor progress

Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives

Lead process of issue identification and resolution

Manage risk tracking process

Monitor and manage scope

Work multiple projects simultaneously

Work closely with functional teams to understand their requirements and concerns for product / services

Identify opportunities for improvements and guide implementation of non-functional requirements complete solution

Interact with other teams such as Sales / Marketing, Product Management, QA, and Documentation in ensuring eventual success of the solution

Foster partnership with customers / stakeholders / sponsors

Job Requirements

Proven leadership skills

Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability

Expertise in conflict resolution

Experience in Agile teams

Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to ProjectManager.com, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.

ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred. PMP certifications.

Bachelor or Master Degree

At least 15+ years of experience in communication network industry as a hands-on on 3G / 4G packet core.
