ACCOUNT MANAGER (CUSTOMER SUPPORT),

About Company :

It is a leading healthcare platform connecting more than 800+ Healthcare Providers with Doctors and Patients all on a single platform.

We provide a SaaS platform for healthcare providers and enable interactions with patients & Doctors in real time.

Sourcing and Screening Guidelines :

  • Customer support and accounts management experience
  • Check experience with LIMS companies
  • Dedicated customer support over email, call and chat
  • 2 + Years experience
  • B.E / B.Tech Candidates Only
  • Candidate should know Malayalam and Tamil or Kannada and Telugu
  • Job Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors e Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders e Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment e Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Requirements :

  • Min 2 years experience in account management
  • Clarity in thought
  • Excellent communication skills e Customer handling experience Skills
  • Must have : Customer Handling, customer service and account management, excellent communication,

    Target Industries : Healthcare / Pharma / Biotech, Internet / On-line / Start-ups, IT

    Working Days : 5 Days a week (10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM)
