HR Executive Description of job profile- Provide general day-to-day HR support in relation to all HR, Employee Benefits, and other administration all in compliance with statutory obligations and best practice.

Recruitment & Selection for Project plan. Responsibilities - Perform day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

HR & People Development Manager with generalist HR matters, including reviewing and developing relevant Policies and Procedures and providing advice in relation to employee performance, conduct and absence management.

Providing confidential ad hoc advice and assistance to employees. Preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary.

Administration, co-ordination and support ( Time Keeping, Time Booking, Attendance records, Leaves ) Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information.

Developing an induction programs for new employees. Coordinating and administering training and development programs and liaising with training bodies as required.

This includes providing support in relation to Health and Safety training records for employees. Monitoring staff performance and attendance.

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Outdoor duty Bill Checking and approval. Fulfillment of additional duties as required. Skills and Qualification- MBA-HR / MPM, At least 2 years experience of working in a generalist HR environment, Including administration, recruitment and training at all levels.

Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources / administrative position. Understanding and practical knowledge of employment law and employer best practice.

Organized and methodical approach to administration and record keeping. Excellent IT Skills. Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) Demonstrable leadership abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of labor laws and employees benefits (PF, ESIC,Bonus, Insurance, Etc ) Working Location Chandigarh CTC - 1.

5 to 3.5 LPA No gender preference, Exp.- 2 to 6 years, No past specific Industry Exp
