Job Description :
1. Reviews problem escalation Assignment.
2. Initiate Problem fix based on Priority and assign them in SLA.
3. Escalate problem to next level within assign department per Priority (SLA)
4. Formulate immediate fix & provide all relevant details.
5. Review / Update immediate fixes based on Wiki SOP & Workflow.
6. Execute and implement immediate fixes after obtaining approval by Problem Management Board.
7. Review the RCA and obtain approvals and work on the corrective and preventive actions.
8. Measure the effectiveness and the implementation of the quality of the RCA and CAPAs.
9. Close CAPAs and generate KPI and SLA report.
