Job Description

Manages the employees in Field Svc Engineer and Service Tech Families to ensure successful implementation, installation, repair, calibration and support of customers’ (Keysight and / or non-Keysight) products (owned, leased or rented) and / or systems.

Understands and meets customer needs through the creation of services, the provision of effective delivery processes, and ongoing support.

Builds partnerships with other support organizations to ensure a profitable revenue growth, optimizing customer satisfaction.

  • Manages work groups representing multiple processes and / or regions
  • Designs, manages, executes tactical business plan to deliver business strategy
  • Develops, executes multi-business programs
  • Is accountable for meeting P&L targets
  • Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus typically 5 years of relevant experience as a first level and second level manager.
  • Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills in implementing program / organization strategies
  • Shift : Day Job

    Schedule : Full Time (F)

    Travel Required : 25 - 50%
