About the Role : CrowdStrike India is looking for accounting professional. The position is designed for a strong team contributor who can help implement the Global Accounts recievables Credit Collections process in India.

This position will report to Sr Analyst - Accounts Recievables Experience of dispute resolution management team in AR of service industry.

Work directly with Customers and partners to resolve outstanding invoice issues / Disputes and residual balances, maximizing recoveries and minimizing write-offs.

Assists the collection team with clearance and dispute resolution on past due deductions Liaises with sales, operation, finance, order management, Dealdesk team and others in the organization to resolve disputes on unpaid invoices Identifies patterns and gets to the root of issues causing delinquencies and leads resolution of identified issues to improve Customer experience and ultimately department past due metrics Communicates and negotiates effectively with external and internal stakeholders Understands the entire order to cash value stream and applies the knowledge to achieve the results Work with Collections team to ensure AR statements, follow up emails are sent on time and timely feedback is provided to Customer Maintain TAT for resolving disputes, have effective escalation matrix to follow, escalate where required Perform other special projects and analyses as directed by management.

Should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Maintain complete documentation accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, as required. What You’ll Need : Commerce / Finance graduate / MBA Finance 4-8 Years of Experience in Credit collections / Dispute Management / Quote to Cash & Order Management team.

Sound Accounting knowledge and understanding. Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel. Understanding of ERP. NetSuite & Salesforce experience is preferred Excellent communication skills is a must with a good command over written and spoken English.

Good Analytical & Problem solving skills apart from an understanding of business accounting. Experience with a Shared Resource Centre will be a big plus.

A self-starter and team player.
