As Program Manager for the Enterprise Digital Innovation program, you will have an exciting opportunity to shape and execute this program in-line with APJ & WW support to help customers and our field drive innovation, deliver business results, and leverage the AWS platform.

You will have a passion for developing large-scale programs that drive interest and breakthrough innovation for enterprise customers.

In addition, you will have a passion for customer-facing work and support facilitating workshops and events. Finally, you will bring an entrepreneurial mindset to build and drive global / APJ program roll-outs with demonstrated experience in complex program and project management.

The right candidate will have a background in digital innovation or transformation, and a customer obsessed and collaborative approach.

You must be comfortable working with senior innovation specialist team members and specialist sales teams in a dynamic and cross-functional environment as the program will have interdependencies with other teams within AWS.

Typically, cross-functional collaboration includes Digital Innovation team members, account teams, sales leaders, partners, professional services, training & certification, rapid prototyping teams, specialist sales / BD, and Solution Architects.

Key job responsibilities

  • Build metrics, dashboards and reporting mechanisms that track activity and tie to outcomes. Use insights from these data as a feedback loop to improve and refine the program
  • Define and drive associated training and accreditation for AWS teams and partners who are critical to the delivery of the Digital Innovation program at scale
  • Train & enable local sales teams to help qualify customers, and in some cases lead elements of the digital innovation engagement
  • Manage operational aspects of the program knowledge sharing, team meetings, project planning, key program deliverables for planning, AWS wiki, training materials, core assets, templates, etc.
  • Support DI team members & collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute medium & large scale events. Post-event, filter and qualify customers for defined follow up actions and drive new contact acquisition & warm leads for DI specialists
  • Deliver and Facilitate customer facing workshops and events
  • Partner with DI team members to develop and execute strategic business development plans while working with key internal stakeholders (e.
  • g. sales teams, specialists / BD, T&C)

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in building and delivering scalable programs for customer engagement in a technology sales organization
  • Operational excellence mind-set and experience. Data driven. Excellent problem-solving skills. Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions
  • Ability to multitask and manage portfolio of cross-functional programs and projects work prioritization, planning, collaboration, and management
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Experience with training, enablement and accreditation
  • Broad understanding of public and hybrid cloud platforms; working knowledge of AWS services and their relevance to enterprise and industry workloads
  • Education BA or above required; additional qualifications in relevant areas highly desired
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for enterprise market deep understanding of how enterprises operate and the characteristics of large and global businesses
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, in particular salesforce
  • Understanding of SQL, Python or other
  • Strong business and financial acumen and negotiations skills
  • MBA or Masters in relevant field
