The Role

You will be responsible for :

Looking for a Human Resources Admin Manager with progressive experience augmented by strong post-secondary background in Human Resources Administration :

  • Source, screen and recommend candidates for Employment and conduct new employee orientation.
  • Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
  • Managing and coordinating organizational compliant and disciplinary proceedings.
  • Ensure all company assets are used in appropriate manner and monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation ensures planning, monitoring and appraisal of employees, scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employees grievances.
  • Employee Retentions & Engagement, Attendance & Leave Management,
  • Reward & Recognition, Performance Management & Talent Acquisition,
  • Defining & redefining policies and procedures.
  • Salary calculation & Payroll handling.
  • Recruitment and selection & coordinate with the Director to understand recruitment requirements.
  • Figure out various effective channels of recruitment and build a network to ensure the same, JD designing and distribution & taking care of joining formalities.
  • Mentoring and Counseling employees, gathering employee feedback and presenting to management with suggestions.
  • Skills Required :

  • Experienced in Payroll Administration, Benefits / Compensation Administration, Talent / Performance Management, Recruitment / Selection, Training / Development, HR Policy and, People Management.
  • Proven ability to function as a Strategic HR Business Partner and develop and implement successful human resources management strategies to support corporate mandate.
  • Should be well versed with leadership, team building, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Capable of providing direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to benefits, company policies, etc.
