  • The TIBCO Customer Marketing team is offering a unique opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing groups in TIBCO responsible for developing customer advocates and marketing to our customers across the customer lifecycle
  • This is a full time, India-based coordinator position with an opportunity to contribute to a global marketing organization and work alongside top talent in the areas of marketing, customer advocacy, event planning, public relations, analyst relations and more
  • Own operational execution of all customer communication campaigns such as onboarding emails, newsletters, education & enablement opportunities, etc
  • Work closely with the customer marketing campaigns role to build and send digital campaigns from creation to performance reporting and follow-ups
  • Assist in the set up and execution of virtual events such as building campaigns for tracking opportunity influence, submitting support tickets, and managing online platform when hosting event
  • Evaluate accuracy of customer data and institutionalize persona identification process and enhancements
  • Help maintain homegrown reference management tool and ensure data is timely and accurate
  • Help customer marketing team identify customers and accounts from customer database with certain criteria for reference, content, event speaker and online review sourcing opportunities and carry out sourcing campaigns to those target audiences
  • Create and manage program KPIs and goals, ensuring visibility via reports and dashboards
  • Support the day-to-day customer marketing operations and programs
  • 2+ years experience in professional marketing or operations environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Interest in technology and desire to learn and grow
  • High proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office and Google Business suite programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Slides, etc.)
  • Operations-minded with a passion for efficiency and eye for detail, with experience in data management and analytics
  • Fluency with marketing operations, content management, and data analytics tools like, Marketo, Seismic, Pathfactory, and JIRA are a plus
  • Functions well in a fast-paced environment, analytically minded
  • Must be a strong self-starter and be able to multitask
  • Independent and confident problem-solver
  • Proactive and bold problem-solver, creative in a bind
  • Communicative and transparent team player
  • Strong project management skills
