What will you do

You would be required to :

  • Manage relationship with clients and be the first port for resolving escalations
  • Conduct fortnightly / monthly performance reviews with clients and understand business potential, growth opportunities, and client business trajectory
  • Partner in logistics services for the client and grow Rivigos share of business
  • Manage new leads in the area in conjunction with Cluster Sales Manager

  • Adaptable : You demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced and hyper-growth environment where the requirements are constantly changing.
  • Background

  • You have a Bachelors degree from a Tier II college or a Masters degree from a Tier II management school.
  • You have prior client handling and account management experience.
  • Having 1-3 years of experience in sales is an advantage.
