This role is for a company having a digital lending platform enabling micro and small businesses.

Role summary :

  • In this individual contributor role, as Product Head for unsecured business loans, you- ll be managing the P&L of the entire product offering.
  • You will manage entire cycle of loan processing from sourcing, sanctioning, disbursement to repayment track.
  • You will work at a granular level to design the components of the loan product - interest rates and T&C, in consultation with the policy department, lending partners, customer demand, and current market.
  • You will disburse the loan and achieve disbursal targets through leads generated from various digital platforms.

    Job responsibilities :

  • You will initiate tie-ups and manage relationships with strategic business partners
  • You will work closely with internal Marketing team for efficient conversion of leads generated through various digital platforms.
  • You will set up efficient process with external call centre agencies and Regional Sales Managers to drive sales from all digital channels.
  • You will own monitoring and evaluation of overall performance of call center agency to maximize conversion rate of leads
  • Responsibility for generating and publishing timely MIS to the stakeholders will be yours
  • Carrying out Process Improvement Projects to improve ease of doing business and enhance customer experience will always be on top of your mind
  • Competition Mapping and market research activities for benchmarking in terms of product proposition and process flow will also be a key responsibility.
  • Must haves / hard filters :

  • You have 5-7 years of total experience working in a financial institution, with exposure to unsecured loans
  • Your experience includes at least 1-2 years of unsecured business or personal loans product management
  • Nice to have / not mandatory :

  • You come with an experience of converting leads coming through digital channels.
  • You have worked as a Branch Sales Manager for 2+ years with exposure to unsecured lending
  • You are a finance Graduate / Postgraduate
  • You have a strong experience into sales of unsecured loans via DSA or offline channels
