Role Description - Summary The role will supports various elements of the Offboarding lifecycle, from ensuring that data is captured from the best source, to validation and classification, PA checks, and the eventual Offboarding of client accounts.
Additionally assume responsibility for maintaining robustness in Offboarding process, Review the current capacity metrics and work with team manager to improve process efficiency and TAT.
Responsibilities / Tasks Responsible for timely, complete and correct processing of pending items in various pipelines. Ownership and tracking of items to resolution / completion Provide daily MIS on production throughput with highlighted track to plan and escalated issues Monitor various work queues assigned and ensure completion of action / follow-
ups on a daily basis Implement remediation plans for BOT downtimes to ensure maximum utilisation is achieved Implement global support model to ensure BOT execution coverage is 24x5 Ensure all KOPs are followed and agreed SLAs met and escalate when SLAs will not be met.
Hands-On experience on IT set up and implementation environments for automation platforms Ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of the progress and challenges and escalating issues where appropriate.
Working in a pressurized, time-sensitive environment. Will be required to work with vendor and deliver quality operations processing in a controlled fashion within required timeframes Issue log maintenance, tracking and monitoring Support in preparing of MIS required for management decision making Experience / Exposure Experience of working in a metrics driven environment, and accustomed to bridging the gap between disparate organizations and cultures.
Proven ability to prioritize competing demands. Effective communication skills to be able to manage relationships with stakeholders virtually.
Education / Certification Graduates with good academic records and MS office skills Overall experience of at-least 0-2 years.
Experience of working in an operational environment.
