Senior Support Engineer :

  • Experience : 4+ years
  • Technical Skills : BrandBuilder : C#, .Net, SQL development, SSIS, SSRS (Optional)LocationBuilder : C#, .Net, SQL development, HTML, CSS, Javascript, PowerShell
  • Tools : GIT, JIRA
  • Knowledge on IIS (Hosting and troubleshooting websites in IIS) and Azure skills.
  • Good Analytical and Logical thinking skills
  • Efficient handling of critical tasks and decision-making skills
  • Innovation and Automation driven
  • Flexibility to work in US Shift
  • Notice Period : 45 days
  • Support Engineer II :

  • Experience : 2+ years
  • Technical Skills : BrandBuilder : C#, .Net, SQL development, SSIS & SSRS (Optional) LocationBuilder : C#, .Net, SQL development, HTML, CSS, Javascript, PowerShell
  • Tools : GIT, JIRA
  • Good Analytical and Logical thinking skills
  • Efficient handling of critical tasks and decision-making skills
  • Innovation and Automation driven
  • Flexibility to work in US Shift
  • Notice Period : 30 days
  • Handle client custom projects and support existing applications
  • Client custom projects include Configuration of new clients using C# based applicationData Feed setupsSSIS Package buildsC# Coop adapters and API builds Report generation
  • Support includes Configuration changes on client sites using C# based applicationBackend data modificationsAnalysis of SSIS packages
  • Analysis of C# code based web applicationIntegration impact analysisSetup of data feed monitoring and automations
  • Common tasks includes Content updatesHTML / CSS updatesTroubleshooting database and cache errors.
  • Advanced tasks includes Creation of SSIS packagesCreation of PowerShell scriptsWriting C# scripts
