Learning and capacity-building is a key ingredient of our success. Job Overview : - The HR Reporting Specialist a critical member of the Global workforce Data and Analytics team that provides expertise in workforce data, reporting and analysis for workforce initiatives.
This role supports business needs by ensuring the right data, metrics and reporting is leveraged to drive better business decisions and supports efforts to standardize and optimize reports and metrics globally.
This requires a proven ability to extract, manipulate, synthesize and translate complex information from a variety of sources in an easy, effective format that is audience appropriate.
Leverages expertise to consult on data needed for analytics by closely collaborating with HR Teams, Analytic Consultants and Data Scientists.
Job Responsibilities : - Develop reports and Dashboards in Workday / other systems - Create report specs and develop, test, document and launch reporting solutions - Provide data and analysis as needed for completion of external surveys and government compliance.
