The role

Inside Sales Account Manager (BDR)

1) Job Profile :

The Inside Sales Account Manager or Business Development Representative is the primary point of

contact for customers. She / he will be responsible for a particular geographical area or list of accounts in

the region and carries a sales target. A BDR will always be based in our office. The Business Development

Representative will also coordinate with the various Teams in SoftwareONE and ensure customer needs

are met in a timely & accurate manner.

2) Key responsibilities of this function include the following :


Daily customer engagement over the phone

Execute marketing activities

Fast & accurate information dissemination to customers

Lead generation and Closures

Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Follow - ups

Managing customer information

Work closely with the Business Development Managers

Helping with the licensing queries and providing adequate information to the customers.

3) Primary Job Functions :

Achieve the revenue target for your assigned territory / accounts.

Become a Licensing Expert and Advisor for the Customer and Certify on the Licensing Certifications.

Connect via voice / phone, day - in and day - out, with SoftwareONE customers in the assigned territory to

ensure top - of - the - mind SoftwareONErecall and resultant sale of SoftwareONE offerings.

Position SoftwareONE Portfolio of products and solutions to customers by phone.

Analyze the install base in the target customer accounts to :

Maintain good relationship with customers to increase customer satisfaction.

Work with internal and external resources to fulfill the Regional, team and individual goals.

What we need to see from you

  • Any graduate
  • Minimum Experience of 2 - 5 years in inside sales
  • Resource will be based out of Gurgaon and should be comfortable with carrying a quarterly sales target of Rs 7 lakhs .
  • The candidate should have experience of doing an Inside sales role in his previous role i.e. should be comfortable with a sales target and working on an ERP system for processing of quotes and orders.
