Department Overview

The Service Design Tools & Infrastructure team is a strategic component of Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO), responsible for providing exceptional Service Design & innovative technology solutions to enable and empower MSI Centralized Managed Support Operations meet and exceed customer's expectations

Job Description

You will help to drive the Process Automation Design & Development.

You will be building Automation workflows and BOTS, simplifying and improving efficiencies for CMSO operations stakeholders

Required Skills and Technical Experience :

5+ years of relevant experience

Familiarity and knowledge of BSA architecture and use cases (Compliance Management, Patching, Software deployment).

2+ years Experience of Atrium Orchestrator and Process Automation

Experience with Blue Prism, UI Path, or Automation Anywhere in an enterprise setting with at least 1-2 years of development experience

Development of Workflow processes (BOTS)

Knowledge of relational database structures

Scripting skills in perl, jython, python, KSH, BSH and / or equivalent

Experience with Restful APIs

Interested in intelligent automation market and cloud infrastructure technologies

Experience working with ITSM solutions like BMC Remedy, Servicenow

Proficiency working with web services (e.g., JSON, XML-RPC)

Able to identify automation opportunity from AS IS Process

Define, develop and deploy automation solution for automation opportunities

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Support Systems (BSS) vendors applications and data in Business Service Management (BSM), Network Operations Centers (NOC), and Security Operations Centers (SOC) space (BMC, CA, HP, IBM, ServiceNow, Splunk and others).

Familiarity with performance, systems, and business service management platforms

ITIL Foundations certified or higher preferred
