Key Accountabilities

1. Working innovatively with external partners to commission / develop appropriate

partnerships and interventions to improve and enhance the exisiting deliveries and capabilities

2. Sourcing and developing specialist third party providers as required and working with the internal technology and alliances team to build and increase digital capabilities

3. Managing the designing future state technological advanced models to drive digital transformation and next gen delivery in insurance ops

4. Lead solution for various analyst benchmarking, RFP, RFI, RFX from a domain, transformation and innovation stand point

5. Work closely with the marketing team and lead creation of collaterals for internal and external stake holders on value prop and market differentiator

6. Working with the General Manager to support conference and marketing campaigns to drive growth and improve WNS brand reputation in the market

7. Working with the General Manaager for driving the development of a culture of continuous improvement, introducing impact measured analytics to demonstrate scale of success of delivery

8. Performing any other reasonable duties as directed by line management.

Corporate Accountabilities

1. Leading by example as a role model for WNS’ values and professional standards.

2. Driving the penetration and delivery of business and corporate plans for your own areas of responsibility.

3. Taking a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported and, where appropriate, escalated.

4. Working with the General Managers as well as with the line management and / or matrix management arrangements as required, ensuring under performance is managed and adequate resourcing is planned to meet objectives

5. Managing delegated resources (e.g. budgets, equipment and contracts) as appropriate, to ensure value for money.

6. Being fully aware of and actively complying with WNS' policies and procedures relevant to your own responsibilities and to corporate policies and procedures including equality, sustainability and the environment, health and safety and data

protection.

Qualifications

Full time MBA from one of the top B-Schools'

1. Underpinning knowledge Design Thinking principles as well as of leadership theory and practice.

2. Knowledge of employee engagement practices.

3. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and stakeholders.

4. Articulate and confident delivering to large audiences.

5. Able to provide effective line management and / or project team management to achieve complex or high priority objectives, and develop others personally and professionally.

6. Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues.

7. Ability to use appropriate IT applications effectively (including Outlook,

SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Additional Information

To lead on the development and delivery of WNS' Insurance capability & strategy building, ensuring that new in house as well as external capabilities are built and is aligned to strategic priorities.

To manage the delivery of business focussed organisational development and learning and development activities within the operational, sales and hunting teams to leverage for transforming existing clients as well as being able to successfully demonstrate and use for farming and hunting opportunities.

To build the effectiveness and capability of internal teams and managers and to be able to succesfully penetrate this within their accounts
