Position Summary : Senior System Analyst for Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Platform
The Senior Analyst for PPM Platform develops, plans and implements PPM solution as per the business need. This role involves being an expert as a techno-functional area for the specific Project Portfolio Management Platform chosen by Harman on a SaaS offering.
This role requires analysis of process workflows, data analysis and mapping the process and data together on PPM platform for multiple business units inside Harman Automotive.
The PPM analyst is also responsible to plan, design and document for the system architecture and integrations related to PPM platform.

Job Responsibilities :
Conducting discovery sessions with stakeholders and suppliers to refine requirements for PPM solutions like Clarity, Mavenlink, Triskell.
Supporting the development of processes that can be improved with tuning PPM tools, integration and automation.
Drive requirements gathering and documentation, analysis and developing process workflows for PPM solution.
Lead efforts on POCs to final implementation for business processes for PPM.
Improve infrastructure design and ensure architecture is secured for programs.
Reviews functional and design specs and give recommendation based on good practices in the industry.
Participate and plan the PPM platform roadmap in line with future growth / capacity.
Maintains peer relationships across IT areas (Business, Operations) to support effective implementations.
Document system architecture of solutions and complete PPM application landscapes.
Document and follow up changes with associated test and functional validation.
Developing PPM (Technology + Processes) solutions through DEV, QUALITY, and PROD using Agile method practices.
Define, design and implement PPM integrations with other systems as required.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree or equivalent in Computers, Information Technology, or related field
7-10 years of overall experience with 5+ years in PPM Platform or other project management platform like Clarity PPM, Mavenlink, Triskell etc.
More than 5 years knowledge and practical experience in implementing PPM application on SaaS.
Very strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel with pivots, macros, filters and formulae.
More than 5 year practical experience setting up web-based applications and integrations with JIRA, SAP, SalesForce, WorkDay etc.
Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret high level business process workflow and co-relate with data.
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment.
A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests, simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests.
Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
