Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have : - Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Post-graduate degree and certifications, an advantage, but not required) - Six Sigma andor Lean Sigma trained andor certified (COPC Registered Coordinator, an advantage, but not required) - At least 7 years of experience in the same industry (with 2 years in a Director capacity) - Lead experience in various operational functions in the industry (Training, Quality, Workforce, Operations) - Excellent Project Management skills - Excellent Change Management skills - Strong background on process improvement
