Roles and Responsibilities :

They provide various technologies services like cloud computing, managed security, disaster recovery-as-a-service (DRaaS) &
software defined storage. They also deliver Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) services to various Enterprise customers globally across Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific region.
We are looking for Content head / Manager Role
Job Location : India home based with Travel to UAE and Africa
Experience : 15+ years
Create and execute content development strategies for large scale development
Define scope of work for development of content by doing client interactions and conducting workshops
Finalize the Table of Content for Vocational trades
Content Development for Vocational Trades / Subjects based on business needs
Mapping of curriculum of vocational courses to the existing certification norms
Oversee and monitor the 3rd party content development team
Liaise between the client and the 3rd party content development team in understanding and translating the content development requirements
Track budgets and negotiate contracts with 3rd Party contractors selected by the company for content development
Deployment of Content at client site
Create the plan for Train-the -Trainer (Master Training) programme for effective content deployment
Implement various learning methods for the master training
Proven experience 15+ years as an Content Development Manager / head, Vocational Training Manager or similar role
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods in vocational education and training sectors
Content development life cycle, especially in skill development space
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent communication Skills (Spoken and Written) and negotiation skills
Sharp business acumen
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
Previous experience as a manager in a similar Content Development role with understanding of the full development life-cycle of vocational content development.
Experience of working in a large multi-located organization.
Experience of managing a large Development & Training budget.
People management experience.
Experience of creating and delivering curriculum strategy.
Experience of TNA and evaluating and measuring impact of learning.
Experience of managing an LMS system.
Experience of developing and delivering bespoke solutions to complex organizational challenges.
Experience of working or delivering content for an organization in TVET / Vocational Education
