We’re looking to add to this talent pool a dynamic creative designer, who will be a key influencer of our digital identity.

The candidate will work in areas of on omni-channel digital operations, including web operations, conversion rate optimization, site merchandising & eCommerce operations, campaign operations, and system replatforming.

The Ideal Experience Map :

Bachelor’s Degree in any area with minimum 5 years of work experience in rich media design and delivery with expertise in HTML5 ads double clicks banner, motion graphics with FlashCC, Adobe Animate and Google web designer

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and deliver digital content (Banner, rich media and interactive property, EDM’s, animated gif, digital poster and videos)
  • Design and develop social media adverts (FB / Tweeter / GDN AD, gif banners), HTML5 AD (Motion Graphics Ad) with Adobe Photoshop, Animate, illustrator and convert it in to motion visual (animation) for rich media or online ads, with pixel perfection
  • Develop Rich Media and innovative banners from scratch (Roadblock, Page pusher, Site Kick, Floor Banner etc.)
  • Develop creative solutions that cut down rich media cost. DCM, DBM and creative troubleshooting
  • Build Dynamic Creatives with different dynamic strategies Geo-targeting : Message based on a person's location Proximity targeting : Message customers near a location Contextual targeting : Message based on the website the ad appears on Audience targeting Scheduled updates
  • Build creative using web API, Weather API, Google Map API
  • Will be a subject matter expert (creative lead) for the rich media creative team which will include supervising and leading the team
  • Provide custom creative solution with innovative ideas including feasibility check within Doubleclick environment
  • Verify technical specifications, QA and troubleshoot creative elements such as HTML, Javascript, css and DoubleClick Studio Enabler methods
  • Supplement tracking performance through quality assurance and analysis of creative assets and third party ad tags
  • Technical and Functional Skills :

  • The candidate should be an expert on the Adobe Creative Suite including development tools like JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, PhP and Bootstrap
  • Excellent knowledge of TweenMax animation, Google Double Click and Google Web Designer (GWD)
  • Knowledge of Sizmek Display and Video 360 (DV360) is an added advantage
  • General skills that will boost your eligibility :

  • Excellent creative and innovative skills
  • Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability and user experience
  • Ability to use strong analytical and artistic approach to solve complex creative issues
  • Provide recommendations and actively contribute solutions to quickly resolve technical or creative specifications
  • Constantly updated with the latest industry techniques and procedures used in rich media designs
