Position : Assistant Manager / Caf Manager
Location : Chennai,Bangalore, Kerala, Goa
Salary bracket - 9k to 26K Net take home
Eligibility for Manager
Any candidate with hotel / food retail (dining areas only) background with a basic knowledge about Profit and loss account (optional), stock management, inventory, Food cost, wastage.
Work experience 1 to 5 years.
The limit will be between 20 -27 yrs old.
Communication should be above average.
Preparing P&L report for the outlet / Calculate wastage / Calculate food cost / Calculate selling price / Calculate labor cost / Calculate stock variance / FIFO / EBITDA / Up selling / Cross selling / Suggestive selling.
Eligibility for Manager :
Any candidate with experience QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Hotel or Food Industry , Retail background with a basic knowledge of stock management, inventory, Food cost, wastage & P&L
Work experience 2 to 6 years. Fresh BHM candidates are also eligible to apply
Age limit - 18 -30 yrs
Salary Range - 9k to 22K Net take home based on experience level.
Communication skills Good. Must have a good grasp of written and spoken English
Must have a basic understand of calculating food cost / FIFO / EBITDA / Up selling / Suggestive selling / Profit and loss account etc
