Job Description :

  • Will be part of the Pilot batch
  • This role requires adequate end to end knowledge of customer services process.
  • Good Basic computer knowledge.
  • Can Work under stringent deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Experience and understanding of customer service etiquettes.
  • Handling Voice based calls for Voice agent and chat based for chat support agent.
  • Adherence to Process / Business policies and Procedures
  • Reports and communicate with Client directly.
  • Experience :

  • 1-3 years experience in BPO is preferred, mandatory 6 months Inbound experience for the agents.
  • Selection Procedure :
  • Interview
  • Typing Test (30 WPM with 90% Accuracy)
  • Telephone Etiquettes and Good Grammar and communication skills.
  • Functional Competencies :

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS-Excel.
  • Good Email Writing Skills and chat etiquettes
  • Good with Communication Skill
  • Behavioral Competencies :

  • Professional with effective soft skill competencies
