Position Summary As a Peoplesoft Developer, successful candidate will function as a primary member of Peoplesoft Development Team, working on all FSCM, HCM and interaction Hub modules, implementing and deploying new and customized processes as well as developing interfaces connecting the PS environment with other applications Duties & Responsibilities Functions ESSENTIAL Providing Development and system Support for Peoplesoft Finance and HR Applications.
Will design, , develop, and test production fixes and enhancements per specifications. Works Closely with Business Analysts, SME's and end user to understand the requirements in order to design technical solutions that are in line with business needs, while staying consistent with application architecture.

Qualifications REQUIRED Minimum BS / BE / BTech / MCA Degree in computer science, MIS etc Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Experience in PeopleSoft v9.
2 Experience in PeopleTools 8.5x Experience in Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker Reporting : Experience developing and modifying reports using SQR, Crystal, and nVision reporting in PeopleSoft HRMS and / or FSCM.
Experience in BI Publisher (XMLP)report development is preferred Experience in Database Technology : Oracle Database. Proficient in writing, tuning, and troubleshooting SQL scripts.
Experience in the PeopleSoft application and PeopleTools upgrades. Upgrade experience is a plus. Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Peoplesoft Development The primary development tool is Application Designer.
Candidate should have a strong skill set in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Application Packages, Integration Broker, Crystal Reports and XML publisher.
Troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft production related issues. Perform tuning on SQL, PL / SQL and application code to improve the performance of searches and application performance in general.
Develop new Pages, Components, Menus, Component Interfaces, Application Packages, Application Engine Programs and customized the existing one.
Create and maintain Application and Web servers in PIA. Support integration of PeopleSoft with AD system using Integration Broker and Java Application logic.
Develop and support integration of PeopleSoft with third party system using SOAP enabled Web Services. Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
