Netskope is looking for an experienced enterprise TAC engineer who is passionate and motivated to make an impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with a world-class enterprise technical support team. Teams are spread across India, Japan, London, Singapore, Santa Clara
  • Involves extensive interaction with customers across the globe using our entire suite of products / features
  • Flexible to work in ANZ, India or EST hours (Remote / Office)
  • Work on critical enterprise customer issues that are bubbled up from both pre and post-sales pipelines
  • Demonstrates strong product knowledge, ability to articulate our value proposition, and ability to handle complex technologies
  • Preferred Qualification

    B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech degree from a recognized and accredited university / college

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supporting large enterprise customers
  • Preferred Technical Skills

  • Strong TCP / IP knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge and prior experience supporting network security technologies such as Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL / IPSec, VPN’s, SSO
  • Familiarity with DLP and Encryption gateways.
  • Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration and administration of UNIX / Linux and Windows based systems (prior Active Directory / LDAP experience desirable)
  • Expert in troubleshooting various scenarios and systems by using knowledge of common tools (tcpdump) and protocols (TCP / IP, NTP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Desired Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with cloud apps and services
  • Additional Skills

  • Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills required, with a passion for the Cloud and related new technologies.
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Prior experience working with Zendesk or other support portal tools
  • Determined and ever ready to roll up sleeves to respond to the needs of customers proactively and promptly.
  • Achievement orientated and willing to take responsibility for own actions.
  • Believe in innovation and out-of-the-box thinking to foster originality of ideas.
