Develop and build on existing Salesforce.com CRM to support the business requirements of our global sales, marketing, lead gen, R&D, Legal and Finance needs.
Proactively propose enhancements that can help improve adoption meet our goals and needs.
Understand, gather, evaluate and translate business requirement into technical requirements.
Project manage and implement SFDC projects including the creation of configuration, customizations, custom logic with Apex, complex formula fields, workflows, validation rules, custom apps and objects, custom UIX and visual force pages, integration of 3rd party apps in SFDC.
Manage development and deployment of code and projects from conception to sandbox to production, including testing, documentation and change management communications.
Ensure all projects meet business requirements, direction, quality and on time.
Responsible for ongoing data quality checks to ensure the system is free of dup records, and support all mass data migration / uploads projects, using SFDC tools as well as CRM Fusion Demand tool.
Facilitate regular administrative processes such as multiple profiles and roles configuration, update customize objects and fields, make page layout changes, run reports and analysis as needed.
Create customized reports and dashboards using data from multiple systemic solutions
Support Companies SFDC Admin team as our escalation point for most complex issues, help troubleshoot and resolve issues. Serve as backup to our Global SFDC Admin.
Deliver excellent customer service experience to all internal clients.
Keep abreast of new Salesforce.com features and functionality providing recommendations to further process improvements.
Key Requirements :
3 -5 years of experience as Salesforce.com developer customizing, integrating SFDC with other systems, developing and enhancing apps and objects within the Salesforce.com platform.
Salesforce.com 201 or 401 certification is required.
Proficiency in programing languages such as Apex, Visualforce, SOQL.
Proficiency using Excel including macros and pivot tables.
Experience with Marketo and CRM Fusion and other AppExchange tools, are good to have.
Demonstrate experience gathering clients requirements and transform these into technical requirements and implementations.
Degree in IT, software development field.
