Sr. Manager, Marketing - Global Demand Center

Cvent India is looking for an experienced marketer with a strong background in demand generation, digital marketing and marketing operations to help lead our growing team.

You would be a champion of operational excellence across internal shared services divisions within Marketing, while driving both inbound and outbound marketing excellence.

You will support the analysis, planning, design, implementation and evaluation of key projects and measurable business process improvements.

This role requires working with multiple cross-functional teams in a high-volume and high-speed environment to put in place ever-evolving processes in support of demand generation activities.

You will be required to interpret internal needs and requirements, translate concepts into practice, identify process improvement opportunities, and quantify results and trends.

Additionally, you will be expected to define and run your own project pipeline.

This role partners Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Marketing teams with the Global Demand Center to transform campaign and program briefs to results-driven execution.

A person who is successful in this role will be able an agile thinker and inquisitive and innovative mindset.

On-time delivery and SLA compliance will be a major focus of this group. The task will require a strong understanding of cutting-edge marketing practices and the ability to manage at scale and optimize for growth and efficiency gains.

Job Requirements :

  • 8+ years of overall marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on KPIs and business process orientation
  • First-hand experience with global marketability & compliance rules and subscription management, preferably in a global enterprise
  • Knowledge of marketing planning processes with the ability to understand the relationship from strategy to execution, ideally in B2B setup
  • Strong team management, global communication, and operational expertise
  • Very strong project management and documentation skills with hands-on experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in creating demand & marketing pipeline through a mix of marketing channels for both inbound and outbound.
  • Experience in driving complex marketing initiatives, preferably in a global enterprise
  • Well versed with latest trends in marketing across digital, marketing segmentation and email marketing
  • Must possess strong working knowledge of Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM, Database, and other Marketing Technologies.
  • Prior experience working on project management and reporting tools, such as Clarizen, MS Project, Visio, Excel, Business Objects, etc. a plus
  • Six Sigma or related training and experience a plus
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
