Main responsibilities include :
Collaborate with HR and Centers of Excellence to develop and implement HR products and services.
Analyse historical data to identify business and people trends and help managers predict and prepare for the future.
Partner with senior executives and managers to drive HR initiatives and projects.
Advise executives and line managers on organisation management and structure
Drive performance management process
Support Talent review framework & support business in identifying the right talent for succession planning

Education / Qualification :
Graduate / Post graduate degree in HR
12+ years of related experience in HRBP / HR COE function in financial services industry
