JobTitle : Sr. Finance Analyst

Description :

Assist business Finance Leader / regional CFO with variousfinancial analysis in driving financial performance, forecast accuracy throughproactive business partnership and business commercial support to regional GM’s

  • Leadmonth / periodic closing process along adequate, prudent expenses accrual, reviewof actual results for COGS and & SG&A
  • Report Monthly P&L and BS along important schedules / trends
  • Detailed Margin analysis on monthly basis for each item, LoB, distributor andpresent this to respective sales leader for review and corrective actions (ifany)
  • Workclosely with APAC / GFC team on regional reporting on Daily / weekly / monthlybasis for actual business performance, bookings, backlog, product lineinformation, destination sale and other adhoc reporting
  • LeadAOP / Budgeting (Annual) preparation process under guidance of business financeleader & SBU / G instruction.
  • Participate in STRAP (Annual) preparation process under guidance of business financeleader & marketing leader.
  • Workwith Cross functional Leaders / team on periodic reporting, AOP, STRAP and otherforecasting activities
  • Keepgood track of the business performance, revenue / OI forecast and accordinglylead the process of preparing & submitting various estimates incl. 3+9, 5+7& 8+4.
  • LeadPricing approval with marketing and drive the decision making on sales proposal
  • Leadfrom finance perspective on SIOP process along SIOP manager and proposereconciliation sheet for finance & business leader approval on periodicbasis
  • Keepperiodic track of sales productivity by region, sales person vs. PY and theirrespective targets.
  • Participate & lead ongoing and new NPI projects evaluation process with ROIcalculation and cost benefit analysis
  • Proposeprocess improvement opportunities
  • Leadall indirect purchases PR approval process in the best interest of overallbusiness and keep good track of budgets utilization
  • Drive / lead Standard cost run process for overall business and demonstrateexcellent cross functional engagement along regular cost update for newitems / materials
  • Closely work with COTA / Finance COE / GFC on monthly book keeping, e rec updating,reporting and suggest best practices to improve efficiency
  • Participatein SAP improvement process (as & when required)
  • Workwith CRM / sales analyst on SFDC improvement and more relevant dashboard orreports creations for better efficiency
  • Driveaudit and compliance in the organization
  • Develop, recommend and implement improvements to financial reporting tools andprocesses
  • Skills :

  • Strong and Financial acumen and good problem solving and analytical skills amust. Along proactive business support & partnering skills
  • Comfortable with continuous changes in the work environment. Works well underpressure, with a sense of urgency, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated excellent teamworkqualities in a diverse and demanding environment.
  • Proactively questions current practices, ability to identify root cause and correctiveactions and drive improvements.
  • Ability to learn quickly and improve processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be Qualified Chartered Accountant with 6 years or more of relevantexperience in FP&A
  • Knowledge / experienceof manufacturing is preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Essbase / HSP planning tool, HFM
  • Proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint
  • YOU MUST HAVE

  • Must beQualified Chartered Accountant with 6 years or more of relevant experience inFP&A
  • Knowledge / experienceof manufacturing is preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Essbase / HSP planning tool, HFM
  • Proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Prior experience as a people manager.
