This role will be responsible for Leading the Mumbai Corporate Team and managing relationships with Key Corporate Verticals.
The individual will ensure achievement of revenue targets and customer service goals. The profile will also include developing new corporate verticals, sales data analysis, monitoring airline performances and making necessary recommendations to related internal stake holders on scope of expanding our reach.
Identifying new business opportunities and representing the organization at official functions and networking events will also be additional responsibilities
Responsible to develop and manage Corporate Accounts across Mumbai to meet the assigned corporate revenue targets.
Manage and cultivate strong working relationships with corporates and their TMC's
Diversify and grow new business segments.
Build and sustain a large portfolio of productive Corporate accounts.
Prepare regular corporate sales reports.
Coordinate the corporate sales strategy
Business Development and initiatives to grow corporate relationships and revenue share
Exceed Sales Targets assigned for the year
Increase our base with Key Corporate Verticals
Knowledge of Competitor Activities and analysis to secure rightful business share
Increase CXO & Flyer meetings to shift travel from Other Airlines
Team Mapping of corporate accounts assigned
Conduct Regular monthly, quarterly & yearly reviews and keep track of sale trends of assigned corporations
Develop and execute Sales and Marketing plans for Mumbai Region
Prepare regular Monthly sales reports, CXO reports, Market Feedback, Route Evaluation
Conduct Roadshows at corporate houses
Ensure compliance, timely report submissions, grow the corporate acquisitions
New Route Evaluation to grow network
Monitor any misuse of commercials and take corrective action
Synergies within the team and other departments
Skills & Attributes
Good Understanding of Corporate Market in Mumbai
Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems, sales system and website management
Communication Skills - verbal, written and presentation skills
Networking - Facilitation & cross functional group moderation
Strong leadership and managerial skills

Strategic and analytical thinker
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience
Graduate degree from a recognized university
