  • The Job

    You will be responsible for :

  • Collaborating with the BD Director to define customer acquisition objectives & chart out our overall strategy for engaging all brands across the BD pipeline
  • Nurturing business opportunities as well as growing existing key accounts with an array of leading brands across Europe and North America
  • Conducting data analytics projects to measure and predict the quantitative and qualitative impact of BD campaigns on sales leads, conversion, brand equity & revenue forecasts
  • Conducting market research on the CPG industry, to understand customers ranging from Fortune 500 brands to e-commerce retailers across North America, Europe, and Asia
  • Staying ahead of the curve by bringing back and sharing the knowledge, trends, and developments from the external ecosystem to our internal functional teams
  • Executing GTM strategies for innovative, new products with Plastic Credits such as the Planet Positive checkout e-commerce app, as well as new sustainability verticals
  • Devising analytics systems that measure and predict the quantitative and qualitative impact of BD campaigns on sales leads, conversion, brand equity & revenue forecasts
  • The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of project management & managerial experience in business development, partnerships, community engagement, customer success, ideally within the consumer packaged goods industry
  • You are capable of maintaining key relationships with prominent sustainability leaders, international CPG brands, & other relevant stakeholders
  • You have strong PowerPoint skills to build engaging custom proposals for potential customers
  • You have a proven ability to build empathetic, trusted relationships, both internal and external
  • You have a knack for punchy, elegant, and visual written language that drives action
  • You understand and are strongly capable of applying concepts that straddle between business strategy, marketing, and sustainability
  • You possess strong organizational skills and working knowledge of key project management tools such as Hubspot, Asana, Google Analytics
  • You are able to adapt well to the fast-paced dynamic nature of a startup environment
