Roles & ResponsibilitiesSpecific

  • Have a complete understanding of the Education loan market in terms of business numbers, business practices andÂÂÂ new initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to the team on daily, monthly, and quarterly work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies.
  • Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Ensure Sourcing funnel is managed adequately.
  • Conduct the morning Huddle.
  • Ensure DSR review happens on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and improve conversion ratio of appointment login, Login Sanction, Sanction Disbursement.
  • Maintain and Improve TAT of sanction and disbursement.
  • Educate team and maintain customer service as priority.
  • Ensure regular visit to the key partners.
  • Conduct and monitor business generating activities in the market.
  • Recruit and Train the team on Product / Process / selling skills etc.
  • Constant review of branch performance against key parameters. Have a close follow up on all the delinquent accounts.
  • Deliverables :

  • Target achievement on login , sanction & disbursements in Education Loan.
  • Target achievement on ROI & Fee income.
  • Target achievement on monthly collection efficiencies across buckets.
  • Nil customer service issues, High CSAT scores.
  • Team Training and education of policies and product across his team members.
  • Low attrition in the team.
  • Expand active relationships and penetration in them.
  • Maintain Team Morale and reduce attrition.
  • Eligibility

  • At least 9-11 years of relevant sales experience from Education Loan, secured loan and unsecured loan.
  • Existing relationships with channel partners could be additional advantage.
  • Graduation / MBA.
