A successful SAPSuccessFactors Senior Solutions Sales Executive creates strategic relationships with prospective customers anddrives revenue attainment by creating meaningful business value forour customers.

Having great relationship-building skills iscritical, as is a strong sales acumen to identify, qualify andcreate opportunity strategies.

The incumbent will be responsisblefor driving Conglomerates & StrategicIndustries business for Southterritory .

EXPECTATIONSAND TASKS :

  • Lead with aconsultative mindset to identify transformative opportunities inthe HR practice of large organizations, engage the mid and seniormanagement executive to drive SuccessFactors bookings with aneventual aim of achieving and exceeding quotatargets.
  • Work within the SAP SuccessFactorsbusiness to create robust account and opportunity plans workingclosely with Industry AEs, solutions consultants, Value advisors,SAP management and otherstakeholders.
  • Territory and Account Leadership Participate in the development of designated territory, includingaccounts, account relationships;
  • prospect profiling, and salescycles. Encourage all accounts to become SAPreferences.

  • In depth understanding of sellingCloud solutions, their pricing and creative commercial structuringof deals.
  • Create a territory plan using the SAPFranchise4Success sales methodology to identify and qualifyopportunities to drive pipelinegeneration.
  • Customer Acumen - Activelyunderstand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growthplans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.
  • Review public information (e.g. new executive appointments,earnings statements, press releases) for the company and itscompetitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issuesimpacting the prospect.

  • Develop and nurtureexecutive relationships with prospects and customers to delivervalue into their organizations, establishing SuccessFactors as anongoing businesspartner.
  • Work with theregional extended account teams to educate target accounts on thesolution set and conduct account planning for strategicdeals.
  • WORKEXPERIENCE :

  • Experience inHR domain, HCM products. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactorsrequired .
  • 8-10 years ofquota carrying enterprise software applications sales experienceworking with large enterprises and engaging top and mid managementexecutives
  • Experience selling to CHROs, HRDirectors and CFOs preferred
  • Demonstrated trackrecord of managing large, complex sales cycles Sales engagements,managing internal and external stakeholders, negotiation andcontract closure to achieve or exceedquota.
  • Experience in both hunting for newbusiness and managing existingaccounts.
  • EDUCATIONAND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS ANDCOMPETENCIES :

  • Bachelor’sdegree with minimum of 8 years of similar working experienceof selling HCM solutions
  • Post graduationor MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledgeof HR functions and trends is preferred.
  • Strongpresentation and communication skills, with the ability to listenand engage with customers at the CXOlevel.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration : Abilityand willingness to maximize availableresources.
  • Proven ability to develop andmaintain excellent customerrelationships.
