Here's your chance to join our Field Enablement team working in the highly visible role of Field Enablement Program Manager.

In this role, you will orchestrate new initiatives, streamline mechanisms and design, and support the day to day operations of our India field enablement team.

The successful candidate will be a creative thinker, a hands-on person and a multi-tasker, willing to create, add structure, drive adoption,and work independently with senior stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate interested in the position of Sales Enablement Program Manager to develop and support Field enablement initiatives in India for our technical and non-

technical field teams. This means identifying gaps, developing programs, executing against our existing training and Field Enablement strategic priorities, help to create new program to support the Sales organization growth.

The successful candidate should have a strong ability to translate field requirements into a comprehensive plan for execution.

The ideal candidate would have strong project management and communication skills, ability to work cross functionally, translate business needs into initiatives.

Prior experience with Sales Enablement is highly desired.

This role will help to ensure high productivity of our field teams (technical & non-technical) from the initial onboarding of new reps through to continuous ever-

boarding of reps across our portfolio of offerings and solutions. The Field enablement team is responsible to ensure that the field is well-

equipped with the content, training, knowledge of available resources, and core curriculum necessary to effectively market current and new AWS service offerings in India.

This individual will work very closely with the field enablement head in India. He / she would help in program management, communications support, event coordination and overall execution of various initiatives.

This position will work with the several cross-functional stakeholders across different teams, such as Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Solution Architects and the Partner team to drive India enablement strategy.

The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies and global teams.

This is a hands-on position the ideal candidate must be willing to roll up the sleeves and get things done.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Support in execution of India key enablement needs in coordination with the India FE head and other stakeholders.
  • Manage, communicate, present dashboard and collect feedback on the successful execution of the cross-functional business development enablement programs
  • Support the planning and execution of enablement workshops by helping to create agenda, work with presenters to block their calendars, collect anecdotes and feedback and create repository of reusable resources and content.
  • Work with external vendors if any to receive agenda and quotes and provide external trainer led enablement workshops

  • Plan and participate in driving measurement and roll-up of activities, including but not limited to : new hire training and on-
  • boarding, ever-boarding, landing of new solutions etc. with the effective use of internal tools and new technologies / platforms

  • Assist in India-specific content creation by working with allocated SMEs and on content collation by creating central repository of standard content spread across various sources.
  • Work on making guideline documents and rulebooks

  • Review and manage the content library to determine opportunities to improve the learning experience, ensure the content is current and relevant and best technology is employed.
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel effectively, with timely completion and tracking of tasks. Should be able to function independently and responsibly without reminders and follow through
  • Be creative and structured in written and verbal communication so as to articulate in an engaging way crisply, while being exhaustive and accurate
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with :

  • Effective program management and a hands-on project management skill, with sound written and verbal communications and stakeholder management capability
  • Ability to create and work on project plans, with strong adherence to timelines and minute attention to details. A self-
  • starter with a high degree of ownership would be ideal for the role. Ability to understand when to escalate, the right platform to drive adoption, an appropriate balance of encouragement v / s enforcement.

  • Excellent communications skills including, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required. Must be able to publish dashboards and send out reminders to key stakeholders on time
  • A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a creative mind and a multi-tasking attitude would thrive well in the role
  • Tier 1 MBA
  • Minimum 7 years of prior work experience
  • Prior experience in sales enablement and program management is desirable
  • Comfortable to work in an ambiguous and changing environment
  • To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with :
