  • Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.
  • Responsible for selling a sub-set of Consulting solutions and services. Drive gathering and reuse of IP in positioning Consulting solutions.

    Contributes to the achievement of a solution / business unit target. Has a good understanding of the relevant market. Recognized senior solution expert internally and externally.

    Provides detailed expertise in creating technical solutions for specified needs and for creating cross-solutions where needed.

    Drive key strategic sales programs and initiatives in alignment with Licensee sales. Lead strategic account planning for major accounts where in depth knowledge of a solution set, including competitive offerings affect the long term objectives and strategy.

    12 plus years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs.

    Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction.

    Viewed as an expert in the field. Recognized authority and leading contributor in immediate business area / function. Work is non routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills.

    Bachelors degree preferred., *

    The APAC Transformation Team is tasked with supporting the APAC regions with driving joint success on large deals with license, and will serve as the center of excellence for developing cloud transformation propositions to our customers ranging from solutions to proposals to direct engagement with our customer in leading them to see the benefits of cloud transformation and guiding them on the path of change.

    The Role

    As the Cloud Transformation Director you will be responsible for successfully developing, managing, and helping to close large cloud opportunities for Oracle Consulting.

    In the process you will bring to bear your experience, knowledge, ability to influence, and creativity to foster alignment with our customer business objectives.

    You will :

  • Guide our customers in developing an optimal adoption strategy for Oracle products and solutions
  • Showcase our ability to provide beneficial business outcomes with our suite of Cloud solutions
  • Communicate Oracle s strategy and industry vision to our customers
  • Help develop large transformational opportunities, harnessing our vast knowledge base in Solutions Development, Commercial Deal Structuring, and Program Management
  • Enrich that knowledge base by harvesting industry best practices, knowledge and experience from other large accounts
  • Collaborate with License and other account team members to create strategic account plans
  • Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background

  • Successful track record in closing Large Enterprise opportunities
  • Sharp Focus on Closing
  • Experience implementing Tier 1 enterprise solutions
  • Ability to speak the "language of the customer ,
  • Deep awareness of the various pillars of our cloud solutions is a must, and expertise in one of the domains is highly desirable. Preferably ERP or SCM
  • Ability to connect and establish relationships with C- level executives
  • Ability to articulate the value of Cloud and ability to guide customers in planning and executing a Cloud transformation
  • Superior ability to multi-task, influence action, address conflict and manage multiple large customers at different stages of their journey effectively and efficiently.
  • Superior competency in influencing and negotiating for a successful outcome
