Should be 2+ Yrs. experience in Linux and Oracle / MSSql / MYSQL.

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in Production / Application Support.
  • Good knowledge of Linux based operating systems.
  • Should have experience in SQL database.
  • Able to write SQL complex query .
  • Should have experience in Linux command for log searching and shell script .
  • Experience with automating complex tasks via scripting languages (Shell script, PowerShell, Python, etc..) and / or a configuration management solution.
  • Carry out the advance level of troubleshooting on Linux OS and applications.
  • Should be familiar with Bitbucket Source control.
  • Familiar with AWS environment / S3 bucket / RDS.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming techniques.
  • Ensure that the tickets raised per shift are closed as per SLA and if not escalate as per the escalation Matrix defined.
  • Raise and also technically update the tickets in ticketing system for all the issues handled / worked upon.
  • Ensure earlier resolution to the issues to meet SLA.
  • Familiar with ITIL and able to adopt associated processes .
